House member Riley Presents His work at queer art showcase

Riley Sischo featured his work during the Queer Art Showcase organized by the University of Michigan’s Spectrem Center on January 31. He got featured on Michigan Daily’s Instagram page featuring the event as well. Riley reflected on the event and his journey thus far.

“This was my first time presenting my art outside of my instagram (@sischo_paints if you want to see my work) and it was really refreshing to know that other people appreciated my work! I’m flattered that my fit was good enough to be the cover boy for the event. The main reason I wanted to present my work was to share my memoir, it is a deeply personal piece that I think can comfort people who have gone through similar experiences, or help others reflect on their own motivations and remember that there is no time more important than right now,” Sischo said.
